For our business activities, we process the personal data necessary to provide the agreed professional services. We process personal data of our customers and associated persons based on a legitimate interest.

We process personal data of our subcontractors to provide access to the applications we use for our services. We process personal data of subcontractors based on a legitimate interest.

Our website visitors have control over the personal data they share with us. If you use the ‘apply for funding’ function on our website, we will receive personal data. We process this personal data to communicate with you or to contact you.

We use sub-processors who process personal data on their behalf. We have concluded agreements with these sub-processors to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. Navus Ventures will remain responsible for these processing operations.

We only provide your personal data if this is necessary for the provision of our services and do so based on a legitimate interest, to comply with a legal obligation or after having been given your consent. 

Your personal data is mainly processed in the European Union. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Security of your personal data

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Retention period
